Before: Components registered with string keys, retrieved with enum keys → Never found After: Strict ComponentRegistry enforces enum keys only, validates interfaces Evidence: All component call tests pass (planner_called > 0, actor_called > 0, etc.)
2. Hardcoded Paths ✅ FIXED¶
Before: sys.path.insert(0, '/home/novix/workspace/project')
After: sys.path.insert(0, str(Path(__file__).parent.parent))
Evidence: Tests run from any directory
3. Final Status Correctness ✅ FIXED¶
Before: Could return RUNNING after execution
After: _determine_final_status() ensures final status is never RUNNING
